Rise With Us

A Community For Therapists, Healers, And Care Workers

Phoenix Rising Centers was built on a simple belief:

People deserve care that honors their full humanity.

As our communities grow, so does the need for therapists, healers, and practitioners who understand that healing is never only individual. It is shaped by relationships, systems, identity, history, culture, and community.

We may not always have an open position posted.

But we are always interested in meeting people whose values align with our work.

A group of six people, four women and two men, sitting on a beige couch in a cozy living room, smiling and enjoying each other's company. The room features warm lighting, green plants, and candles, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Why Phoenix?

The Work Matters. So Does How We Do It.

At Phoenix, we believe therapy is more than symptom reduction.

We work with people navigating trauma, identity, migration, neurodivergence, disability, grief, burnout, systemic oppression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Our clinicians are encouraged to bring their full selves into the work.

We value:

  • cultural humility

  • relational care

  • community accountability

  • curiosity over certainty

  • collaboration over hierarchy

  • healing that acknowledges both personal and systemic realities

We know good therapy does not happen in isolation.

Neither does good clinical work.

Who We're Interested
In Meeting

You Don't Need To Wait For
A Job Posting

We're always interested in connecting with:

  • licensed therapists

  • associate clinicians

  • social workers

  • psychologists

  • counselors

  • community-based healers

  • group facilitators

  • educators and trainers

  • practitioners working at the intersections of identity, community, and mental health

Particularly those with experience supporting:

  • LGBTQIA+ communities

  • immigrants and diasporic communities

  • neurodivergent individuals

  • disabled communities

  • survivors of trauma

  • BIPOC and global majority communities

We're Building Relationships,
Not Just Filling Positions

Many organizations begin recruiting when they're already short-staffed.

We're trying to do something different.

By staying connected with practitioners before positions become available, we can build relationships thoughtfully rather than reactively.

This helps us grow sustainably while ensuring that clients continue to have access to care when they need it.
