Nichole M. Williams is a compassionate and strategic Human Resources leader whose work is deeply rooted in equity, integrity, and systemic change. With a career that spans education, government, nonprofit, engineering, and hospitality sectors, Nichole brings over 15 years of dynamic experience in people-centered leadership
At Phoenix Rising Centers, Nichole applies her extensive expertise to foster an organizational culture that embodies the center’s core values of cultural humility, intersectional awareness, and collective well-being. Her approach to human resources aligns with PRC’s mission to provide inclusive, accessible care by ensuring the workplace is just as healing as the services it provides.
Nichole has led transformative initiatives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), talent development, and organizational strategy. She has launched inclusive hiring practices, designed trauma-informed employee engagement programs, and built retention strategies that uplift underrepresented voices. Her DEI work has been recognized for creating measurable impact—shifting workplace cultures to become more affirming, respectful, and socially conscious.
As a certified SHRM professional and trained EEO investigator, Nichole brings a firm grasp of compliance and employment law, balanced with empathy and nuance. She has supported agencies like FEMA and the U.S. Coast Guard Community Services Command in navigating complex workplace investigations, always centering fairness, restorative practices, and systemic accountability.
Nichole holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Hawai‘i Pacific University, a Workplace EEO Investigator MD-110 Certification, and maintains active membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
