ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Li (she/her), a Master’s Clinical Social Work Intern from Aurora University. I’m so glad you’re here.

In our sessions together, my goal is to create a genuinely welcoming, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. I work with both adolescents and adults who may be facing challenges like depression, anxiety, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts—and I want you to know you don’t have to navigate any of it alone.

My approach is always trauma-informed and client-centered, with a strong foundation in systems theory and an anti-oppression lens. I also incorporate motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), tailoring our work together so it truly fits your needs and honors your story.

Above all, I believe therapy is a partnership. You bring your experiences, strengths, and hopes, and together we’ll work toward the life you want to create.

I’m grateful to be on this journey with you, and I’m supported every step of the way by my clinical supervisor, Andrea Thompson,, LICSW (she/her), who oversees my professional growth and practice.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path.
