Latoya is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is deeply committed to her client's well-being. Latoya has developed expertise in counseling a diverse group of patients dealing with various mental health issues. These include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, panic disorder, chronic PTSD, pluralism, and bipolar disorder. She has a wealth of experience in working with gender-diverse clients, specifically in exploring dysphoria through a gender-affirming lens. Latoya supports her clients in building upon their strengths and resilience, ultimately aiming for a state of euphoria and self-acceptance.

Because trauma touches each life differently, I draw on approaches like Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, and DBT in ways that respond to your needs. Some days our work may focus on easing the weight of difficult emotions. Other times, it may be about building tools that help you navigate stress, relationships, or daily challenges with more ease.
