Thank you for supporting Phoenix Rising Centers through your merchandise purchase. We strive to offer quality products that reflect our mission. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Since our merchandise is custom-printed and fulfilled via Printify, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

• Defective or damaged

• The wrong item

• Misprinted

In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery.

Please email us at info@phoenixrisingcenters.org with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to resolve the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Wrong size selection by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)

• Orders delayed due to carrier issues (weather, customs, etc.)

Please double-check your size, color, and design selections before purchasing. Our sizing charts are available on each product page.

🛠 Printify’s Role in Fulfillment

Our products are printed and shipped via Printify, a print-on-demand platform that works with various print providers. Printify supports refunds or replacements for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Printing errors

• Items lost in transit (after investigation)

• Damaged goods upon delivery
